EZ Green Home seeks a Customer Service and Marketing Assistant to join our team. The select candidate will support us in building up our online presence, create external communication for different target audiences, generate internal and external reports, and offer customer service support.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist with administrative tasks to keep the team organized and prepped for success.
2. Manage our social media channels and respond to comments and questions.
3. Speak with customers on the phone to schedule appointments, and answer questions they may have about EZ Green Home’s services.
4. Call and coordinate with partners, customers and field staff.

REQUIREMENTS
• Comfortable communicating on the phone, via email and social media
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills using Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience using Salesforce preferred.
• Strong self-sufficiency, interpersonal skill, and initiative working on projects.
• Enthusiasm for energy conservation, home performance, and making an impact for homeowners.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

This is a full-time position. Employees are expected to work five days per week during our office hours, Tuesday through Saturday from 8am – 5pm.
